Monthly Marketing FAQs

Answers about how the plans work, pricing details, and what to expect month-to-month.

Do I need the website project before starting a monthly marketing plan?

Not always. If your current site already converts and connects to a CRM, we can start straight into a monthly marketing plan. If it’s built for looks and not leads, that’s usually the first fix.

What if I only want one thing, like SEO or ads?

Choosing one marketing channel, like SEO or ads, is a critical decision. What you go with will depend on your goals. Keep in mind that all your digital channels work together: SEO supports Google Ads, the website supports SEO, email marketing supports the website, and so on.

My goal when I partner with a business is to help you increase leads and revenue. If one channel will do that, that’s perfect. I won’t limit my work to one channel if I know your goals require more. In some situations, it’s better to hold on to your money than to throw it at a single channel that won’t get you the results you want.

How do I know which of these my business needs?

Knowing what your business needs each month depends on your goals, industry, competition, audience, current visibility and credibility, and your business’s value. Your marketing strategy—and the mix of marketing channels (which are higher priority, which are lower, and so on)—is what makes up your marketing strategy: setting a goal and the path you’ll follow to get there. Developing that is a key part of what I do when working with you. I’d suggest booking a quick call to discuss it in person.

What if we need to shift priorities mid-month?

One critical advantage of a monthly marketing plan is that you are not locked into a set-it-and-forget-it service.

While I monitor account health and lead flow continuously, we don’t force weekly tweaks just for the sake of activity. Real marketing decisions require enough data to show clear trends. When the metrics show a shift is needed, we adjust our execution focus immediately to address your newest bottleneck.

Are ad spend and third-party software included in my monthly marketing plan?

No. Ad spend and third-party software are not included in your monthly marketing plan. Your ad spend is billed directly to your own Google or Meta account, so you always own the account and can see exactly what’s being spent.

However, the core tracking and reporting tools are included in the service for as long as your monthly marketing plan is active.

Let’s see if we’re a good fit.

Let's review your digital marketing setup together and figure out if a monthly marketing plan is the right match for your goals.
